Yes, outside catering is permitted under specific conditions. All arrangements must be reviewed and approved by Graystone in advance. We also provide bar services, and rental fees may apply when opting for outside catering.
Graystone provides plated dinners, buffets, hors d'oeuvres, and heavy appetizer parties. Clients may choose formats based on guest preferences.
Our facility rental-only option includes tables, chairs, house linens, a sound system, and basic setup and cleanup. Clients are responsible for providing their own china, flatware, and decorations. If desired, Graystone can still offer professional bar services to complement your event.
Yes, when Graystone provides the catering, rental fees are generally waived. This helps keep your total cost more straightforward.
To secure your booking at Graystone, a $600 nonrefundable deposit is required. Final payment is due before your event. Food and beverage minimums vary depending on the day of the week, season, and the specific event space reserved.
Graystone Wine Cellar offers various bar packages, including wine, beer, premium liquors, and champagne toast options. We manage all alcohol service under our liquor license, so guests are not allowed to bring in outside alcohol.
At Graystone Wine Cellar, our rentals include tables, chairs, and house linens, with basic setup and cleanup handled by our team. While we take care of the essentials, clients are welcome to bring personal decorations—just ensure your schedule accommodates setup and teardown. We exclusively manage bar services, and due to our liquor license, outside alcohol is not allowed. Outside catering is permitted with prior approval to coordinate timing and kitchen access. Rentals must conclude by midnight. Please note, china and flatware are not included and should be arranged by the client or caterer. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at booking, with the balance due on the event day.
Your food and beverage minimum depends on your event date, the season, and whether you reserve the entire facility or just one level. We’ll review the exact minimum with you during booking, and it will also be listed in your Client Agreement. As a guide, Tuesday through Thursday minimums start at $1,000. On Fridays, the smaller room starts at $1,200 and the larger room at $1,800. Saturdays usually require the full facility, with minimums ranging from $3,000 to $3,500.
