Two pastas with homemade marinara and Alfredo sauces accompanied by sautéed fresh vegetables, diced chicken breast, Italian sausage, and shredded parmesan cheese
Seafood Station $12
Smoked salmon garnished with capers, red onions, and minced egg yolks and egg whites, Maryland crab cakes with apple-Dijon-Riesling sauce, fresh shrimp with lemons and cocktail sauce, and bacon wrapped scallops marinated in Teriyaki sauce
Lasagna Station $12
Traditional Italian lasagna with spicy Italian sausage, mozzarella, provolone and ricotta cheeses and our own special recipe marinara sauce, accompanied by cider roasted vegetables, shredded parmesan, and rolls and butter. Vegetarian lasagna may be substituted for traditional lasagna.

Redskin mashed potatoes accompanied by shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, butter, bacon bits, and fresh chives
Salad Station $5
Mixed field greens with two dressings, tomatoes, red onions, shredded carrots, shredded cheddar cheese, and croutons.
